Orders & delivery
*Are the restrictions in terms of delivery addresses?
AUGIE L'EAUPHANT only offers delivery in the country/region where the order has been placed online.
*How can I return my order?
The Customer has fourteen (14) working days from the day of delivery of the Product purchased on the Website to inform the customer service of his/her/its desire to return the Product.
For any return, the Customer shall use the return form enclosed in the delivery packing. Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. No parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted, whatever the reason. The costs and risks pertaining to the return of Products are borne by the sender. In order for the customer service to accept the exchange and/or reimbursement, the Product must be returned in full condition in its original packing, undamaged, with its label attached, not worn, accompanied by all of its accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice to AUGIE L’EAUPHANT. The Customer shall not have to justify the reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs.
AUGIE L’EAUPHANT cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the parcel.
Parcels for which the Customer’s identification (surname, first name, address and return code) is not possible shall be refused.
Any return must be made by a traceable method and the tracking number must be provided to AUGIE L’EAUPHANT. Please note that, following delivery of the order, if the Customer exercises the legal or contractual right of withdrawal and he/she is the one as a customer who does not use any return options (except the courier firm stated by the company) provided by AUGIE L’EAUPHANT and organises the transport of the returned goods by sending via the courier firm that the customer chooses, AUGIE L’EAUPHANT will not be responsible these kind of returns by no means and you’ll completely assume the risk and harm on the return package when it refers to causes not attributable to AUGIE L’EAUPHANT.
On receipt of the Product returned by the Customer, the customer service shall send a confirmation of receipt of the Product by e-mail.
The Customer shall not have the right to cancel the Contract when it is for the delivery of any of the following products:
1. Customised items.
2. Sealed audio, video or computer software products that have been unsealed after delivery.
3. Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery.
Upon delivery, the Customer may handle the products to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Acceptable handling of the products is that which would reasonably be allowed in a shop. If the Customer’shandling goes beyond what is acceptable and the products are damaged or diminished in value, we may deduct from the amount we reimburse to he/she, or the Customer may be liable to us for, an amount equal to the diminished value of the products.
Please return the products using or including all their original packaging, instructions, and other documents, if any, accompanying the products. In any case, the Customer must send the product to be returned together with the invoice which he/she will has received when the product was delivered or the relevant document required by e-invoice/e-archive legislation.
The Products sold by AUGIE L’EAUPHANT are subject to the conditions of statutory warranties.
AUGIE L’EAUPHANT shall refuse any complaint for Products that have been used contrary to their intended use.
When returning the product(s) by Courier arranged by AUGIE L’EAUPHANT, the Customer should contact us through our web form to arrange for the product to be collected. The Customer should send the product in the same package received by following the directions on the “RETURNS” section of this website.
Where the Customer would not wish to use neither of the free return methods available, he/she will be responsible for the return costs. Please bear in mind that if the Customer wishes to return the goods to us freight collect we may charge you any costs incurred in such return.
After examining the products, we will inform the Customer of whether he/she has the right to reimbursement of the amounts paid. Delivery costs will be reimbursed when cancellation right is exercised within the statutory period and all the goods in which the relevant parcel consists of are returned. The refund will be paid as soon as possible and, in all cases, within 14 working days from the date on which the Customer notified AUGIE L’EAUPHANT of his/herintention to cancel. The refund will always be paid using the same payment means you used to pay for your purchase.
*How can I exchange a product?
Should you be interested in a different size, colour or style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at augieleauphant.com.
The exchange option is not available for online purchases.
Taxes & duties
The prices of products are expressed in Dollars inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.
All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.
AUGIE L’EAUPHANT cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
