How to return

You have fourteen (14) working days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from Augieleauphant.com free of charge. The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition.

Specific documentation needed for all the returns:

• In case you have received an e-archive (except autonomous), please complete the return section information for each item you want to return (mark the item, confirm the units you want to return and amount of total price per line) and then sign the document.

• If you placed the order as a company, you must include a return invoice issued by your company together with the e-invoice.

*Drop point

You can request the return by going to the details of your order in the purchases section.

Remember that you must bring the items you wish to return to your nearest drop point within fourteen (14) working days from the shipping date of your purchase, before the return period expires.

*Return request modification

If you wish to modify or cancel your return request, please contact us so that we can process it. If you decide not to return an item indicated in the request, you do not have to carry out any procedure, since only you will only be given a refund for items received at our facilities.

*Important information

• Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label. Otherwise, returns of the item(s) will not be accepted.

• Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached. Otherwise, returns of the item(s) will not be accepted.

• All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them. Otherwise, returns of the item(s) will not be accepted.

• All products that come in their own box, including but not limited to shoes and accessories, must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product. Otherwise, returns of the item(s) will not be accepted.

• Please make sure to return tall products that come in their own box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging. Otherwise, returns of the item(s) will not be accepted.

• Underwear items cannot be returned or exchanged thought they kept in their original conditions or packaging.

• Swimwear and bikini bottoms must include the hygiene sticker. Otherwise, returns of the item(s) will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Should you be interested in a different size, colour or style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at augieleauphant.com.  

The exchange option is not available for online purchases. 

Refund

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than fourteen (14) working days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.
