The order amount will be captured from your account as soon as your order has been placed.

Some banks may show both a pre-authorisation and the actual subsequent charge. This amount will be automatically released. If this does not happen, we recommend that you contact your bank to expedite the release of the pre-authorisation.

The following payments are accepted:

*Credit card

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.

Cancelling your order

As long as your order is in the supply process, you can call our customer service and cancel it. If your order has been invoiced and has received the status of supplied, it will no longer be possible to cancel. In this case, you can review the products when they reach you, and if you do not like them, you can return them in accordance with the return conditions, or you can direct them to the return without taking delivery of the cargo package. After the products reach our warehouse, you will be refunded after the controls.

Easy returns – if something doesn’t fit, just return it to us within the first fourteen (14) working days after you receive the item(s) for an exchange or refund.

*Orders that cancelled by us

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:

• Item(s) not available
• Difficulty in processing your payment information
• Cannot ship to address provided
• Duplicate order was placed

If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email which will explain the reason for the cancellation.
